Election monitoring

On 10 and 11 May 2014, the third training for coordinators of civil observers on the Election Day was held in the town of Veliko Tarnovo. The participants came from the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Rousse, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Razgrad and Shumen. The program of the training, following the model of the trainings, which had already been carried out, included topics such as electoral legislation and electoral administration, civil observers, organization of the Election Day, as well as a video - simulation of the Election Day.
