Associate professor, PHD in political science in "Public administration" Department of Sofia University "St. Klement of Ochrid". Specialized in the Institute for Political Studies, Paris.

Main competences in the sphere of analysis of public policies - social policy, healthcare and education; the alternative instruments for reaching the public goals; elaboration of policies and programmes to address problems of the social, healthcare and education sectors; instruments for evaluation of the public actions; elaboration of programmes for shaping and capacity building of the civil servants; elaboration of educational and training programmes.

Publishes books in the sphere of political science and social practices. She has also a number of publications - monographs, research papers and articles.
