The Institute for Social Integration in partnership with the Foundation for  European Progressive Studies (FEPS) FEPS, “Friedrich Ebert” Foundation, / Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Bulgarien and “Jean Jaurès” Foundation / Fondation Jean Jaurès continues the implementation of the project "Let's change the mode" with another discussion on two analyzes – a sociological one about the working conditions and a comparative one about the health care policy in Bulgaria. Within two days, 29 and 30 September, the participants worked actively on both themes. On Saturday they were divided into thematic working groups and had the opportunity to discuss the two issues by developing specific policy proposals to improve the health and working conditions system.

The public part of the event was held on Sunday, when members of the local councils, municipal councilors, trade unions, experts from both sectors and students from the Medical University in Pleven joined the volunteers of ISI.

Guest of the event was Charlotte Bilingham, a representative of FEPS.
