On 9 December 2013 in Brussels, Belgium, for the seventh consecutive time, the General Meeting of the European Network of Political Foundations (ENoP) was held. The meeting was attended by 44 representatives of 35 organizations from 17 EU member states.

As a full member and a founder of the network, ISI participated in the meeting with a representative - the Chairman of the Board of the organization, Katya Koleva. The members of the General Assembly suggested that the political family of Socialists and Democrats in EU (S&D Party Family) was represented by ISI in the management of the network of political foundations. Thus, Koleva became a member of ENoP Board for the third time.
