Jivko Georgiev: We need broader cabinet with 8 priorities, working for at least a year

Mr. Georgiev, what is the way out of the stalemate that was created after the early elections in the country? Which are the necessary steps, according to you, in order to get out of the political crisis?

- The problem is not purely mathematical. From mathematical point of view, it’s clear that the only possible combinations are one big coalition between GERB and BSP, which is absurd. It’s also mathematically possible to have a formula with two participants in a coalition – GERB and MRF, but it’s also politically unrealistic. The third option is BSP and MRF plus “Ataka” as a whole or with the support from some of its members. All options are equally complicated, some are even not possible.

New elections would just re-create the same situation, it should be absolutely clear. We can’t expect new miracle, the situation could get much worse instead.
