The project is a training course, directly related to current challenges: the growing number of migrants and refugees in European countries in recent months. This is particularly relevant for the partners in this project, who come from countries with increased intensity and an influx of migrants and refugees, which often provokes a number of conflicts at local and national level, negative attitudes and even violence connected with the stay of newcomers or passing citizens.

The main objective of this project is to teach youth workers and youth leaders competences in the field of human rights, tolerance, empathy and acceptance of diversity in relation to the increased migration and refugee flow to the countries participating in the project. Thus, the project would contribute to creating a similar positive attitude in the local communities where the project participants come from.
