The results of the monitoring of the electoral process and the Election Day of the early parliamentary elections 2014 were summarized by the three teams of ISI in a special report. The first part contains an analysis of the electoral legislation - monitoring and analysis of the Election Code, defects and proposals for changes, the second - media monitoring and monitoring of the election campaign, through the Internet platform "Electoral messages", and the third - civil monitoring.
