The second training of civil observers was held on 26 and 27 April 2014 in Stara Zagora. Participation in the training took representatives of the regions Pazardjik, Smolian, Stara Zagora, Sliven, Yambol, Burgas and Pleven. After the training module, they will form their own observing teams for their cities.

The programme included again the topics “Election legislation”, “Civil observation”, and “Organization of the Election Day”. The team of ISI presented also a training film, prepared after the simulative election game of the observers in 2013. It served to discuss the most common violations of the election process and the Election Day.
