Representatives of the Institute for Social Integration took part in public discussion "Citizens and Government, is the dialogue possible?", organized by Mediapool.

 On Dec 09, 2013, at the EU Information Centre in Sofia, a public discussion was held on the problematic areas in the dialogue between institutions and citizens, and on the possible solutions to make it workable and effective.

Special focus was placed on the public councils as one of the possible forms of this dialogue: How do public councils at institutions function? How are citizens represented in them? What positions do they expressed and how they influence decisions?
