News Fourth training module "Civil Observers for Fair Elections"
On September 12th, the fourth training module within the project "Civil Observers for Fair Elections" started, for regional coordinators for civil monitoring of the Parliamentary Elections 2013. The training would be held in Sofia. The training program includes meetings with representatives of the Central Election Commission and MPs from the Temporary Commission for developing the new election rules. |
