The third course of the Academy for Municipal Policy of "Friedrich Ebert" Foundation (Bulgaria Office) and the Institute for Social Integration is being held from 7 to 10 July 2013 in the village of Belchin Bani, Samokov Municipality. The group of participants includes municipal councilors and mayors from different Bulgarian municipalities.

The mayor of Samokov Municipality, Vladimir Georgiev, took part in the opening of the Academy.
