With Decision № 2401-HC from April 9^th 2013, the Central Election Commission registered ISI as an observer of the Election Day. The organization will seek registration of over 400 observers across the country, including monitoring of the District Electoral Commissions. The first Module of the training of the district coordinators of these observers has already been carried out; the second one will be at the end of April.

The monitoring of the Election Day is part of "Civil Observers for Monitoring - Fair Elections 2013", which is carried out with the support of the Foundation for European and Progressive Studies (FEPS).
