The Institute for Social Integration celebrated its ten-year anniversary at Buzludzha peak!

The Institute for Social Integration celebrated its ten-year anniversary at the historic meadow under Buzludja peak, during the festival of the Left on 28.07.2012. The event was attended by 40,000 socialists and left-minded Bulgarians as well as by many foreign guests. The Institute stated its presence with a pavilion and a stand, where all who had graduated the training programs of ISI, and all interested in the organization’s activities, could meet the team and share their impressions and ideas. The team of ISI asked for feedback on its work by making a survey among all who wished to participate. Many informational materials and articles by ISI were distributed.

At 14:00, on the lawn under the "Little Buzludzha" hut, the already traditional (for third consecutive year) meeting of the graduates of ISI trainings was held. This year's meeting was attended by many of the founders of the Institute too, headed by the President of the National Assembly of the Socialist Party and President of the European Socialist Mr. Sergey Stanishev. Nearly 100 young leaders had the opportunity to hear memories, ideas and visions about the work of ISI by Mr Stanishev as well as by Yuri Aslanov, Ivelin Nikolov, Aglika Videnova and the Executive Director Galina Assenova. All graduates were given ISI’s commemorative kerchiefs.

The Institute for Social Integration thanks everyone for accepting the invitation, for the warm welcome and for the pleasant moments together!
